Brewery Lofts

Built in 1956 as a warehouse, 90 Sumach became a CBC design centre and prop warehouse — Glenn Gould, Jim Henson, and Lorne Michaels all worked here. Converted in 1998-99 into 110 live/work lofts. 14-ft concrete ceilings, massive columns, and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Units range from 750 to 3,000+ sq ft. The lobby preserves photos and plaques from the CBC era.
