Candy Factory Lofts

The former Ce De Candy factory — makers of Rockets — built in the early 1900s on Queen West. Converted in the late 1990s into 123 hard lofts with exposed brick, original fir columns, and open ductwork. One of Toronto's earlier hard loft conversions, sitting at the edge of Niagara and King West. Units top out around 2,000 sq ft with raw industrial bones largely intact.
