Originally a bottling factory in the early 1900s, later used by the Diament Knitting Mill. Converted in 2001 by Atria Development — one of Leslieville's first hard loft conversions and a catalyst for the neighbourhood's creative revival. The 160,000 sq ft complex spans three civic addresses across two to four storeys. Units range from 500 to 4,000 sq ft with ceilings reaching 30 ft. Many feature mezzanine levels, skylights, metal staircases, and original double doors.
