The former Loretto Abbey Day School, a Beaux-Arts building designed by Neil G. Beggs and completed in 1915. A fire in December 1999 effectively ended the school's final operations. Converted by Context Developments in 2007 into 50 lofts and 13 townhomes with 10-13 ft ceilings, marble bathrooms, engineered hardwood, and underground parking — a rarity in hard loft conversions.
