Built in 1883 as the Georgian-style headquarters of Massey Harris Farm Equipment. Converted in 2003 into 46 hard lofts with ceilings reaching 17.5 ft. Some bathrooms were carved from the original payroll vaults, vaulted metal ceilings intact. Eight two-level glass penthouses were added to the roof of the original structure.
