Stockyard Lofts

Originally a braids and laces factory dating to the 1890s, later operating as the Prescott Hide leather tannery. Converted in 1996 into 27 boutique hard lofts in Earlscourt. Original Douglas fir beams, exposed brick, 11-ft ceilings, and original hardwood factory floors throughout. Units range from 550 to 1,200 sq ft — some with spiral staircases to private rooftop decks. One of the more affordable authentic hard loft buildings in the city.
