Tip Top Lofts

Waterfront  ·  Est. 1929

An Art Deco building designed by Bishop & Miller in 1929 as the factory, warehouse, and headquarters of Tip Top Tailors. Heritage-designated by the City of Toronto in 1972. Converted in 2006 into 256 lofts by Context Development — original lower floors are true hard lofts with 12-ft ceilings; six new glass storeys were added above. The iconic red neon sign remains on the roofline. Units range from 600 to 3,200 sq ft including two-storey penthouses.
