Toy Factory Lofts

Built in the early 1900s and later home to Irwin Toy — Canada's most iconic toy company. Converted in 2008 into 120 hard lofts. Ceilings range from 10 to 17 ft with original hardwood, exposed brick and timber beams throughout. Some units span two levels and run over 2,000 sq ft.
